Australia’s trade balance slumped unexpectedly into the red in April, falling into a A$122m deficit from a A$902m surplus the previous month.

 

Exports fall in a hole as rural exports down 6% and imports through the luxury housing roof as the  boom drags in all those Italian designer taps!!

 

So much for the transition..Mining exports also fell heavily…
