I have opined in some detail what attracts me to this story..its a classic takeover play waiting to happen..they have now raised another $225m after this issue..not out of the woods yet but starting to look attractive to a predator..stock is currently 1.13 and creeping up..this will continue..remain a fan!

And the underwriters getting stock at 1.02 is a gift..I reckon they can now get that private equity approach back on the table and clean up!
